1. Do you accept walk-in patients?
YES! Walk-in patients are always welcome at our clinics.
2. What types of health insurance do you accept?
We accept almost all types of insurance including public (TennCare, AmeriChoice, BlueCare, United Healthcare, etc) as well as most private insurance (Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, etc). However, please call beforehand to make sure that yours is accepted. You may be required to change your Primary Care Physician to one of our physicians if you are a new patient.
3. Do you accept patients without health insurance?
Absolutely!  We do not turn any patient away who lacks insurance. However, they must be able to pay for the cost of the visit and services rendered before leaving the office.
4. Do you provide OB care?
Yes, we provide obstetrical care for the entirety of your pregnancy from your first positive pregnancy test until delivery. This includes at least one ultrasound on our new, 4-D ultrasound machine.
5. Do you accept transfer OB/GYN patients from other clinics/doctors?
Yes! We welcome any new patient to Newstart. Please make sure that you bring all of your prenatal test results with you to your first visit or we can have you fill out a medical release form and have your records faxed to our office.
6. Are you open on Sundays?
YES! We are open on Sundays from 12pm until 5pm. Please refer to the “Contact Us” page for our locations and hours of operation.
